This borosilicate glass sphere, mouth-blown and decorated entirely by hand in our Bellagio workshop, features a light and luminous opaque ice blue background, reminiscent of Arctic landscapes and the purity of snow.
The decoration depicts a mother bear and her cub, wrapped in a soft, reassuring embrace. The overlapping brushstrokes in shades of white, pearl, and cool gray recreate the softness of the bear's fur, while the dark eyes, painted with extreme precision, add sweetness and expressiveness.
The scene is immersed in a light snowfall, rendered through small white dots and hand-applied micro-glitter, which illuminate the background and give movement to the landscape. The blue hues that embrace the composition evoke the silent, crystalline atmosphere of winter.
The top cap is finished in gold, applied by hand according to our artisan tradition.
Each sphere is a unique piece, made without molds and characterized by slight variations that attest to its entirely manual production.
